If you have ever wanted to learn how to defend yourself and not sure which martial arts method is right for you, the you have come to the right place. Call me to discuss your needs and I will help you identify the best strategy based on your fitness, experience, age and reason.
If you want to learn self defence with a group of friends, I provide a 'come to you' service where we can meet at a mutually beneficial time at your preferred location. Sessions usually run for 1 hour but can be extended for group training.

Group lessons for 10 or more discounts available. Individual lessons available. Training sessions are provided for all skill levels from beginner through to advanced. Starting from 6.30 am.
