Ground fighting lessons also known as jujitsu or wrestling - North Brisbane

Learning the art of ground fighting techniques like judo and wrestling can offer many benefits. The most obvious benefit is the knowledge of self defense, which is one of the major reasons why these types of systems were developed in the first place.

Knowing how to defend yourself and a loved one in a potentially dangerous situation is an asset today.

However, training is not just about fighting, there are also many health benefits. Training in all martial arts styles will improve your fitness and tone your muscles. You may also notice an increase in strength and flexibility. In addition, mental and sometimes spiritual elements may provide benefits such as mind focus and self control. Anger and fear emotions are better controlled through training, with many martial artists experiencing an inner peace.

Group lessons for 10 or more discounts available. Individual lessons available. Training sessions are provided for all skill levels from beginner through to advanced. Starting from 6.30 am.
